2 COMMENTSI have a sudden urge to paint the town black … or at the very least – one wall. I have always had a love affair with the color noir. My wardobe is black. Color, in my mind, is for accent pieces. And so, when I began to stumble upon design concepts featuring big black statements, I fell … hard. For so long, I thought the boldest hue-that-comes-in-a-can I could risk on an apartment wall was chocolate brown. But low and behold, black walls are so hot right now.

Then of course, there is the alternative chalkboard wall. Chalkboards now come in a can, and painted chalkboard walls make a great statement, and leave room for many statements.
How great are these chalkboard walls?
