Party Chalkboards

In case you stalk my blog the way I stalk every one else’s blogs, you’ll know that I have a thing for chalkboards (and shoes, and cookies, and glitter.)  And so it should come as no surprise that I am loving the incorporation of instructional chalkboards at weddings and events.  Obviously, the most adorable and commonly used chalkboard theme on the wedding circuit is the menu chalkboard – but that takes some serious handwriting skills (and we can’t all do this.)

The lovely and talented Marcia Davis {a la Marcia Davis Flowers}, designed this sweet little chalkboard for Mike and I.  LOVE.

This is a nice idea! You normally see this for little cafe menus and things but you can also make it look quite stylish! Good handwriting is a definite prerequisite though ;)
