What to Wear to Work this Fall

I’m a working girl.  It feels so funny to say that, but after three years practicing as an attorney, I’d say it’s probably real now.  (Sort of.)  A professional wardrobe has always been a bit of a struggle for me.  I know I’m supposed to wear suits and sensible shoes (whatever those are!), but I really just want to prance around in leopard prints and completely impractical glitter booties. I’m also on a budget, so regular visits to Neiman Marcus for my workday attire is a tad tough. But not surprisingly (because they always have great finds!), Target has some amazing work-friendly pieces that can be added to any professional wardrobe. Think great pencil skirts, dresses, blazers, tights, cardigans, classic handbags, and a few funkier pairs of shoes (so that I can satiate my inner-wannabe-rockstar.)

pencil skirt // cardigan // handbag // dress // tights // snakeskin pumps // leopard pumps

I am so thrilled to have found a Miami career girl blog that writes about fashion as passionately as you do. it’s refreshing to read blogs from Miami that are not all about Miami night life scene. I am really enjoying “getting to know you” by reading your blog. thanks for great fashion pics!

My office is full of lazy girls and cargo pants (did not even know those existed for women until I started here). I may need to share this blog in the break room :)
