Dear week, did you just fly be or is it me?
Dear Maine, I miss you already. (Have you read about our surprise weekend adventure yet?)
Dear creative writing class I signed up for after not having taken a creative writing course in at least half-a-decade, I’m so not ready for you. Homework? What’s that?
Dear Mackenzie, as if I didn’t already think you were awesome, you go and write this post on self-employment and how women treat one another. Bravo. (And in case you were wondering how the ever-talented Mackenzie gets it all done, read her interview with me here.)
Dear October, I love you – you’re such a perfect month. Even this crazy dip-dyed orange wedding dress fits perfectly for the season!
Dear awesome boots that would make me look much cooler than I am, you’re a tad out of my price range, but once you go on sale, I’m coming for you!

Love the little love notes! Those boots are too cute (and TOO expensive… isn’t that always how it works?)
On my list this weekend: clean the house (do I have to?), walking in our local Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk, late birthday dinner with my dad, and probably lots of curling up with my pup and my man to watch football and devour his award-winning guacamole. What are YOU up to this weekend? :)

I took a few writing classes in college and I’ve missed it! Hope I’m not awful at it!
