The Funkier Side of Peplum

9 COMMENTSPeplum shows no signs of slowing, so I thought I’d get wise to the trend and pick out a few edgier peplum pieces that could easily fit into my closet ( … okay, okay, my dream closet.) While a flared peplum top looks great paired with a slim cut jean or pant, the peplum-on-peplum (a.k.a., peplum top worn over a flared skirt), the sweater or sweat-shirt worn over peplum, and the peplum-topped pencil skirt (my personal favorite), are fast-becoming the edgier peplum stand-outs for Fall.

Peplum……the eternally flattering silhouette…….even when it is no longer the trend, I will continue to wear. :-)
