Panasonic #Lumix G5 feat. Shoes
Remember when you were little and you got your very first camera (or polaroid … #90sbaby) and all you ever took pictures of were your feet. Yeah, that’s me. In grown-up form. Panasonic asked me to try out their latest in fabulous camera technology, the Panasonic Lumix G5, and what did I decide to take pictures of with my first night out behind the lens? My shoes. My Fall shoe purchases, to be exact.
I love this little camera. It’s got a great lens to capture every light, all of the angles, and my pretty pretty shoes. Plus, there are so many creative filters and features of the camera, including a snazzy viewer arm, high quality photo and video capabilities (plus the ability to record videos while shooting photographs simultaneously), and a feature that allows for several pictures consecutively shot at different exposure levels. I can’t wait to get outside with this sweet little camera and I think I know just the farmer’s market to visit to take my show on the road!

New Boots for Fall
I’m obsessed with boots. I try to temper my love for them over the Summer, because I’d look like a crazy person in boots-and-tights in the Miami heat (I’m totally lying – I wear them straight through the Summer.) But now that it’s officially Fall, I can wear my boots loud and proud …. and strategically add to my collection.
Meet my latest loves: studded combat boots // dalmatian-print patent heel booties // cheetah/dalmatian print mid-heel booties

Dalmatian-Spotted Walls
Now this is the kind of office I could get plenty of work done in … or not, because I’d be too busy gazing at my Prada Marfa print and dalmatian-spotted walls. The luxe vintage-inspired gold shelving and extensive fashion literary database are just the icing on the cake.

Celebrity Style: Kourtney Kardashian
As I’ve gotten older, I’ve worked hard to dress the part. I mean, I do have a grown-up job (part-time). I look to style icons who dress feminine with a mature spin. In comes Kourtney Kardashian, possibly one of my absolute favorite celebrity trend-setters. Kourtney rocks dresses and tights – all of the time (awesome) – but she makes it look chic and sexy and womanly, rather than girly. And with each pregnancy, her style gets even more enviable.
Even in a babydoll dress and tights, Kourtney pairs the look with a perfect blazer, sky high heels, a bold lipstick, and unbelievably glossy hair. I envy her wardrobe.
A few tips to playing dress-up, Kardashian style:
- Go for tailoring. Everything should fit perfectly. Kourtney hems all of her pants, skirts, and dresses so that they are perfectly suited to her size.
- Pick one stand-out piece – i.e., navy blue dress, black tights, and dalmatian print platform booties. Kourtney loves faux furs and animal prints (who doesn’t?)
- Shop for the classics – trench coats and capes, collars, blazers, a-line dresses, etc.
- Take care of your hair. Whether she’s rocking a sleek top knot or a boho side-braid, Kourtney’s hair is her signature — it always looks shiny, fresh, and healthy.
- Take one beauty risk at a time. Kourtney’s pick – lipstick. When she goes for a bold lip, she keeps the rest of her makeup palette fairly neutral.
