Little Love Notes
Dear readers, for the past few months I’ve been thinking a lot about my writing, my blogs, and the future of all of this. I know so many bloggers joke that the digital space is constantly changing and who knows if there will be blogs in three years, etc., but I can’t let this blog (or Glitter Weddings) go. I’ve become too attached. I’ve driven my husband crazy, night after night, asking him about headers and digital space and twitter followers and sponsorships and coding — I can’t believe he still likes me. After a million-and-ten e-mails back and forth to my designer, a whole lot of conversations with my oh-so-patient husband, and plenty of self doubt (oh yeah, that happens a lot in blogging), I’ve decided to take the leap, at least where my blogs are concerned. I’ve always insisted that my blogs can grow with me, and now I’ll put them to the test. So for now, you will start to see small changes – a new Twitter handle (@glitterinclexi), a new Instagram name (@glitterinc), a painful process of merging my Twitter accounts and Facebook pages, shiny new business cards (to be rolled out at NYFW – squeal!), and eventually a fabulous new digital home (fingers crossed!) I promise to keep you posted along the way. I may panic A LOT. Bear with me. And thank you.
